Sunscape Puerto Plata Hotel, Puerto Plata

Our stay at the resort was filled with memorable experiences, thanks to its beautiful beach and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well-kept, though they showed signs of age. Dining options provided a decent variety, but some dishes lacked flavor. While the pool areas were great for relaxation, certain aspects like the service speed in some restaurants could use improvement.
