Sunscape Puerto Vallarta Resort, Puerto Vallarta

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the views were lovely and the staff were nice, the food quality was appalling and could have been a real health risk. The rooms had potential, but the service and facilities did not meet expectations. Given the price we paid, it certainly didn't feel like good value for money.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly service throughout. The beach and pool areas were beautiful, but we struggled with the limited availability of lounge chairs. While the dining options were decent, the food variety could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience, but the lack of certain amenities like Wi-Fi in rooms and the chair situation could use some attention.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel, enjoying its comfortable atmosphere and all-inclusive features. The staff were friendly and the pool area was well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was constant pressure to buy expensive memberships, and the food options could use some variety throughout the week.

I had a pleasant stay at Sunscape Puerto Vallarta. The service was definitely a highlight, thanks to the friendly staff who really made me feel at home. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive, but the dining experience left some room for improvement, especially with the buffet options. On top of that, I found the Wi-Fi situation to be quite inconvenient as it wasn't free which is pretty unusual these days.

I recently returned from a wonderful 15-day vacation at this resort, and I have to say, it really redeemed itself after a previous stay. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable, not to mention the staff, who were genuinely friendly and attentive. However, there could have been more chairs available around the pool and beach, which was a slight inconvenience, especially during busy hours.
